Rebecca Lennard

Managing Associate

Rebecca is Managing Associate at Kynigos Partners.  She is responsible for the management and execution of Board and C-Suite appointments across all functions and sectors of the media, entertainment, gaming and sports industries. 

Rebecca has a proven track record of delivering outstanding results, partnering across multiple geographies with blue chip multinational companies as well as start up and fast growth business across a diverse range of consumer facing markets. 

Prior to joining Kynigos, Rebecca worked at Heidrick & Struggles for almost ten years, both in London and Sydney where she executed Chief Executive, Board, CMO, HR and senior management searches.

Rebecca holds a Bachelors degree in Geography & Computing from Canterbury Christ Church University.
