Honor Pollok

Founder & Managing Director

Honor is the Founder and Managing Director of Kynigos Partners.  She specialises in placing executives in Board, CEO and senior leadership roles in multi-national, public, private and family owned businesses in the Media, Entertainment, Gaming and Sports sectors across multiple geographies and markets.

Renowned for her depth of industry understanding and extensive network, Honor also has a specific expertise in gender diversity.

Prior to joining the Executive Search industry Honor worked in the media and entertainment sector, including leading international sales operations and key strategic operations for the Walt Disney Company.  Her early career was in television production and distribution at ITV.

Honor holds a Master's degree in Human Resources.
