Operations Manager

Miriam joined Kynigos Partners at its inception and is our Operations Manager. She has worked in Executive Search for a number of years supporting Honor’s work in placing executives in Board, CEO and senior leadership roles for multi-national, public, private and family-owned businesses.

Miriam is a business support professional with a strong background in project management, sales, marketing and business development, and has worked with a number of successful start-ups. She is an expert at building and nurturing relationships as a foundation to achieving greater business impact.

Miriam has a particular interest in workplace diversity and wellbeing. Outside work she coaches individuals, building their confidence around work preparedness and life adjustments.
